This is one of the colors of my new college. Maranatha Baptist Bible College is located in Watertown, Wisconsin, right in the middle of Madison and Milwaukee. It takes about 7 hours to get there from Saginaw, and i'll be making the trip this Thursday. Everybody asks me if i'm excited, and i tell them i'm really not excited or disappointed. Its just another step in life and i'll learn to like it when i'm there. Anyways, I won't be seeing anybody who reads this (which is very few of you) for a while. So i will hopefully get to see all of you at Christmas time. Later!

Hey! I'm writing in green because that is Delta's school color and i have probably taken my last class there. I cant complain, I have enjoyed my two years i've spent there. I especially am thankful for the money that I have been able to save by going to Delta. For the 48 credits i have taken, i probably only had to pay about 3,000 dollars for, the rest was covered by the money i got from taking the MEAP test. Well i have to go to work at 7 tomorrow, so i better get ready for bed. Just letting you know i was done with school, so everyone could be happy for me LOL. Hope everyone is doing FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

I'm at Delta right now studying for my Early Western Civ exam. As you can tell by my writing this, i am really focused. I can't wait for spring break, which starts as soon as class is over today. I'll just work next mon-thurs, and then I'll be heading to see Ben, Kelly, and Owen. That will be fun!!!!!!!!!! Well better get back to studying.

I found this on the Tigers Website:
I don't have a question, rather a statement. My daughter, myself, my brother-in-law and my father-in-law went to TigerFest. We met the players and enjoyed the kids activities in the stadium. After TigerFest, we left the stadium, and due to the economy, there were homeless asking for handouts. My family went to Johnny Rockets across from the stadium to get a bite to eat before our 250-mile ride north. While we were sitting there, a gentleman in a very nice suit came in with one of those homeless people and bought them dinner. That person was Robertson. You hear about what the players do for the community, but you don't realize it sometimes till you see it first-hand. As my family left Johnny Rockets, we passed the Fox Theatre, where there is another restaurant where we saw Robertson with his wife. He took time away from his dinner and his wife to help this person who did not know who he was. Makes me proud to be a Tiger fan.
I appreciated this man's leaving this comment. Nate Robertson is a Christian baseball player for the Tigers. I saw him at Home Plate, a Christian baseball players i guess rally, a couple years ago. He and his wife spoke there. I know he has the money to spend, but how many people in his position would of done that. Hope you enjoyed.

Hi everyone, this time it actually is someone other than Kelly. All of you have been wondering about me and my blogging. I just thought tonight that maybe i have to sign in before i edit my blog, the problem then was that i could not remember my password. So i got a new password and here i am.
I just finished my first year of college on friday. I'm sure that will be hard to believe for most of you. Hard to believe for myself as well. The school year went pretty well. I probably got at least a B in all my classes. I missed a b+ in psych by 2pts. I needed 73/80 on my final exam, but i only got 71. I'm pretty sure i got an A in my math class and in my recent american history class. I'm just not sure how i did in English and early american history. That's right two history classes. I was telling a girl at school about that and she was like "TOO MUCH HISTORY". I'm sure her teachers would appreciate that.
Well i should be getting some more hours at work, now that i'm done with school. That will be pretty nice! It will be kinda cool to work with Drew a little more. It wil be pretty nice cuz they have been fixing the roof at work, so hopefully on monday there will be no more water in the warehouse. That will be a first in a while.
I will probably have to go to Drew's and Amanda's tomorrow because they are in north carolina for the weekend and i'm supposed to be watching their adorable gray kitten, Buddy. He is a goofy little fella. He likes to play around a lot, but the rest of the time he just sleeps. Amanda called to ask me how he was doing on friday night. I told her i was about to give him a taste of the outside, because the stupid cat jumped up and clawed my bare foot. If you know Ben, putting him outside would of been nice for him.
Well i'm at my friend kyle's house, so i should probably get going. Now all of you can read my awesome new blog entry LOL.

Hello everyone! I know this is the first update in a while. My first semester of college is over. My cum. GPA was 3.30, so that was pretty good. I have successfully completed 15 credit hours and after this semester i will have 32 credits under my belt. So college is going pretty well. I am taking Early Am. History, Recent Am. History, Psychology, College Algebra, and English 112. MY math class is nice because we do not have any tests, just a quiz everyday. 24 quizzes worth 25 pts a piece. And the final is optional, we can take it to replace our four lowest quiz scores. My Early Am. History is weird because our teacher basically says everything we have learned in any other history class is wrong.(The Pilgrims and Puritans were the bad people and they persecuted the Catholics). Those were just my thoughts about those 2 classes. My other classes are just normal classes. I am still working. It is very nice because i normally get out of class at 1 and work from 2-5, mon-thurs, on Fridays i work all day.I am happy because i weighed myself today, and i have lost about 5-6 pounds since Drew and I have been playing 1 on 1 full court basketball. We normally play 3-4 10min quarters, about 2-3 times a week.My week consists basically of school in the morning, work for a few hours, and then homework or basketball games. Depending on competition and location, i normally go to either BBA's or Birch Run's game. Drew is really enjoying coaching, it also has the benefits of its facility. We can play in there after practice with the nice gym and the maintenance lady does not care if we listen to the stereo. The people in BR are very nice to Drew. In the small community almost everyone knows who you are when you're a coach.Well its not like my life is to exciting, so i thought i would make Kelly happy and tell what is going on in my life. Hope all are doing well!MJ

Hey how is everyone (kelly) doing? I'm at sarah's house right now, watching election results. Unfortunately it appears that Jennifer Granholm will be in office for another 4 long years! I dont understand how anyone could vote her back in, she has done nothing for our state. Anyways, everything has been going well here in Beautiful Saginaw, Michigan. I had a Econ test monday night, I got a 89 percent on it so that was alright! My Michigan History class is kind of interesting! We have been talking about the U.P so that is nice because i have seen a lot of the places, on the way to visit Grandma and Grandpa. Math Class is going ok. I cant really say much cuz it is a math class. Well, work is well work. Not really something i love to do. But i dont think i will be there much longer, because of my class schedule. I would not be able to get to work until after 2 o'clock on Mondays and Wednesdays, which are to of the busiest days. Well it is kinda late so i gotta get to sleep!!! Hope all are doing well!!!!!!

Sorry Kelly i know it has been a while!!!! Well school is going pretty good so far. I have had 3 tests or quizzes( whatever the prof. calls it). I got a 89 on my math, 88 on econ, and a 92 on my history. It was one of only 6 A's out of 29 kids in my mich history class. I've been real busy lately, with school and work. I dont know how much longer i will work at self serve. I am thinking about going to camp this summer to be a counselor( if you read this you are the first people to know that). I don't like going to work so there is no point in going to work when i don't like it, when i could just concentrate on school. The way i look at it is, Sarah went to a school that cost way more than delta does and she did not work. So why should i have to work just because i am at home. Anyways that would be nice if i stop working, well not losing the paycheck, but i will have more time to do stuff. I would like to help out with a basketball team somewhere, but i don't think Grace is having a team and Coach Mitchell wouldn't listen to me if i went to help at bba. THats how things are going up here in Mich. We had our first snow last week, so that was kinda cool(literally)! Well gotta go home, I'm just visiting Drew and Amanda.

I started college at Delta on Monday. My classes have been going well, but some of them are very long! On Mondays I have a math class at 10am and a 4 hour long econ. class at 6pm. The econ. teacher is a little different than you would expect at Ricker Center in Buena Vista. He has those earrings that actually are a big holes in his ears and then he has tattoos all over the back of his head and his arms. Not exactly what i expected out of a college professor. On Tuesdays I have Mich. History, this is going to be an interesting class. The teacher said we were going to focus 1/2 on Michigan history and the other1/2 just on local history. On Wed. I have the same math class and then at 6:30 -9:30 I have comp 111. That class starts tonight so I will see how that goes. On Tue. and Thurs. I will have speech but that doesn't start until the middle of Sept.
College is going alright but I will have to wait until I get my first big project, then i might not like it any more.
